From Baltimore, Md. or Washington, D.C.
- Take I-70 West to Exit 35, turn left onto Maryland Rt. 66 (south)
- Proceed approximately 4 miles to Alternate Rt. 40
- Turn left on Alt. Rt. 40, through the town of Boonsboro
- Proceed about a half mile and turn right on Rt. 34 / Potomac St.
- Go down the street about a mile, then turn right on Monroe Rd. The event site and parking will be a half mile ahead on your right.
From Harrisburg, Pa.
- Head south on I-81 until you turn east on I-70
- Take Exit 35 and turn right onto Rt. 66 (south)
- Follow the directions above.
From Martinsburg, W.V./ Winchester, Va.
- Head north on I-81, cross the Potomac River and take Exit 1
- Turn right at the stop sign on the off ramp, then proceed straight ahead on Rt. 68 / Lappans Rd.
- Go straight across the Downsville Pike (Rt. 632) and the Sharpsburg Pike (Rt. 65), pass Devil's Backbone State Park
- When you dead end at Alt. Rt. 40, turn right, toward Boonsboro
- Proceed about a mile and turn right on Rt. 34 / Potomac St.
- Go down the street about a mile, then turn right on Monroe Rd. The reenactment site and parking will be a half mile ahead on your right.
From Harper's Ferry, W.V.
- Cross the Potomac on Rt. 340 toward Frederick
- Turn north on Rt. 67
- When you dead end at Alt. Rt. 40, turn left
- Proceed about 3/4 mile
- Turn left on Rt. 34 / Potomac St., toward Keedysville
- Go down the street about a mile, then turn right on Monroe Rd. The reenactment site and parking will be a half mile ahead on your right.
From Shepherdstown, W.V.
- Cross the Potomac on Rt. 34 toward and through Sharpsburg, Md.
- Pass Keedysville and Crystal Grottoes Caverns on your right
- Make the first left past the Caverns onto Monroe Rd. The reenactment site and parking will be a half mile ahead on your right.
