COMPANY C
Commanded by Captain Sean C Stevenson
Company C of the Chesapeake Volunteer Guard is made up primarily of men from the NY, NJ, CT, and north eastern PA areas. We are a group of Civil War historians that place emphasis on research and methods. We attempt to create Civil War experiences rather then just the illusion of them. We are proud members of the Chesapeake Volunteer Guard and as such we are a dual impression Civil War Reenacting group founded on the belief that to be a true historian we must approach our history in an unbiased manner.
Company C is led by Captain Sean C Stevenson, a man with 20 years in the hobby and experience in multiple periods. 1st Lieutenant Edward Novak and 2nd Lieutenant Ken LeSoine make up the rest of the officers corps. These men are a wealth of knowledge on period drill and etiquette, also with years of experience into the double digits.
You will find no finer group of NCO's then that in the CVG. Company C is no exception and is doing its part to contribute to this reputation. 1st Sergeant Rob Stevenson is a first rate NCO with 20 years in the hobby and the demeanor you want in a 1st Sgt. Sergeants Scott T. Farb and John "Delmar" Anderson round out the sergeant’s pool and provide the backbone for our efforts and training in the field.
